How often should I use Unique Organics products?
Your ritual should reflect your scalp, texture, styling habits, and moisture needs. Follow the directions provided with each formula and adjust according to how your hair responds.
Can I use several Unique Organics products together?
Yes. Our collection is designed to work as a complementary ritual, but you don't need every product. Choose the formulas that best suit your scalp and hair needs.
What order should I use my products?
A simple ritual is: cleanse, condition or treat, hydrate, then seal or finish. Targeted scalp treatments can be incorporated according to their individual directions.
Are your products suitable for all hair textures?
Yes. Unique Organics is formulated for a range of textures and routines—from fine and straight to curly, coily, loc'd, protective-styled, relaxed, and color-treated hair.
Scalp + Hair
How long before I notice a difference?
Every hair and scalp journey is different. Customers may first notice improvements in softness, moisture, manageability, and overall scalp feel. Changes in the appearance of thinning areas can take longer and depend on many individual factors.
Can I use Unique Organics for thinning edges or crown areas?
Yes. Several of our formulas are created specifically to nourish and condition thinning-looking areas of the crown, temples, edges, and hairline. Results vary according to the individual and the underlying cause of hair loss.
Why am I growing hair but not retaining length?
Breakage can make it difficult to see the length you're already growing. Consistent moisture, conditioning, gentle handling, and protecting fragile strands can support better length retention.
What do you recommend for alopecia or significant hair loss?
Begin with gentle scalp care and products appropriate for your individual needs. Cosmetic haircare cannot diagnose or treat alopecia. Sudden, persistent, or significant hair loss should be evaluated by a dermatologist or other qualified healthcare professional.

What makes Unique Organics different?
We create small-batch, botanical-forward haircare with an emphasis on purposeful formulation. Our formulas bring together thoughtfully selected herbs, botanical infusions, plant oils, and modern cosmetic ingredients for intentional scalp and strand care.
Do your formulas contain real herbs?
Many do. Depending on the formula, we work with whole herbs, botanical powders, infused oils, plant extracts, and traditional botanicals. Complete ingredient lists are available on individual product pages.
What is Ayurvedic haircare?
Ayurveda is a traditional Indian system of wellness with a long history of incorporating herbs and plant oils into hair and scalp rituals. Our formulations draw inspiration from botanicals such as amla, bhringraj, brahmi, and fenugreek while incorporating them into modern cosmetic formulations.
Are your products natural?
Our formulas are botanical-forward. We combine plant-derived ingredients with functional cosmetic ingredients selected for performance, stability, safety, and preservation. Complete ingredient information is provided on each product page.
Orders + Delivery
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email. Carrier delivery times vary by destination and shipping service.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Complimentary U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders of $100 or more.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available to select destinations. Available countries, rates, and delivery options are shown at checkout.
Where can I find my tracking information?
You'll receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your shipment.
Returns + Order Support
What is your return policy?
Due to the personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can assist you.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact Customer Care within 2 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
