Shipping

Your products are handcrafted in small batches and are made when you purchase.

Orders are being processed for shipment within 2-4 business days after purchase. Once processed and shipped, you should expect to receive your order within 2-7 business days depending on the shipping speed you selected.

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been prepared to ship. If you haven't received an email with tracking information, then it is still within the 2-4 business day window. Also check your junk folder as the emails can possibly end up there. You will be able to track your package from the shipping email that you receive. 

Please allow sufficient time for your products to be made. There are hundreds of orders being handmade in small batches and packed weekly so please be patient. 

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays Only!

Please keep in mind that sometimes the postal service will experience delays due to weather and other issues. We are not responsible for the delivery issues that the post office is experiencing.

**Priority Shipping doesn't mean your order will be processed by us faster. It means that you choose for the USPS to deliver your package in 2-4 business days  instead of economy which is  5-8 business days.  The weight of your order can also require priority shipping. Your order will still be prepared in the order it was received. **

 

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking. You will be provided a tracking number once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped, scanned and shows delivered by USPS or UPS. 

If your package was stolen, Unique Organics Haircare will not issue a refund or send a replacement. Sending us a photo of an empty mailbox is also not proof that your package never arrived.  Inform the USPS that you have been experiencing mail theft and arrange for possibly rerouting other packages to a safer place. 

Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped once we receive the rerouted package and additional shipping costs have been paid for by you for the new shipment. We will not reship an order without the shipping costs being paid for by you and the package being received by Unique Organics Haircare. Sometimes the packages never show up. Again, it is your responsibility to enter the correct address. 

A lost package due to an incorrect address is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for your order if you entered it incorrectly. Please make sure you add your apartment number or suite number to your shipping address. 

All tracking communication is done through email or the phone number you used when placing the order. If you haven't received a tracking number, it is because you didn't enter your email address or phone number. 

 

Cancellations: 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, make price adjustments, or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Please review your cart before placing the order. 

Please, make sure that you are ready to purchase before your order is placed. There are NO cancellations of orders. 

Discount Code: 

If you would like to use a discount code and didn't receive it in your email, BEFORE placing your order, PLEASE use the CHAT WITH US button or email us at sales@uniqueorganics.net to receive the code. Please allow up to 4 hours for us to respond to your message. 

We can not make price adjustments after the order is placed. 

 

Damaged Upon Arrival: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damages must be reported within 2 days of delivery in order for us to be able to assist you. Photos of the damaged contents, inside and outside of packaging must be provided so that we can process a damaged package claim with USPS. 

Due to the nature of our products (beauty) returns are not accepted on any of our products.
