Directions: Divide hair into 4 parts, making sure it's still damp. Add conditioner to your hands and rub together, add to hair and comb through with a wide tooth comb or with your fingers. Massage into scalp. Apply plastic cap for 30 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Heat can be applied by sitting under a dryer. Can be left on for maximum 2 hours.
